Flash was given up by his owners, we believe that it's because of his barking. His foster mom has worked with him on it and his barking is under control now.

He's a small guy, weighing just 31 pounds and is up to date with his shots. He's a real sweetie and gets along great along with the foster's other hounds.

He is crate trained and house broken. The vet agrees that he's about 2 years old.
